Mask clips
thingiverse
We produce clips for creating medical masks from woven and non-woven materials. We select spanbond, the thinnest material used in original medical masks, which has three layers measuring 17 microns each. Next, we cut out the required number of layers to a size of 200x165. To achieve a compact shape, we fold the accordion design until it measures 200x70. We then bend each edge around a bar and crimp the ring into place. The bars are printed with a layer thickness of 0.2 millimeters, a width of 0.39 centimeters, three perimeters, five layers for both the cover and bottom surfaces. In our case, printing at a width of 0.4 centimeters resulted in incorrect perimeter construction around the radii. Therefore, we adjusted to a width of 0.39 centimeters to ensure accurate printing. The rings are printed with a layer thickness of 0.2 millimeters, a width of 0.4 centimeters, three perimeters for the walls, and no bottom or cover layers.
