This version is crush-proof, should have less grind in the hinges and an easier to snap-in lock and on top the hinges on the top and bottom should print w/o overhangs.[/Updates]</p><p>This is a hinged disposable mask case with a separator sheet in the middle.</p><p>Use 1.75 mm filament as a hinge insert.</p><p>To assemble, simply fit pieces together, insert a filament string into the hinge holes and trim the ends as short as possible. No glue required.</p><p>You might want to file off some overhangs in the snap-lock.</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Should be fine without brims or support. Just make sure you rotate them the right way round :D</p><p>Good results with PLA &amp; PETG.</p>
