This mask buckle/ear saver is designed to increase comfort while wearing masks and reduce ear stress for those who wear them frequently. I'm manufacturing these for local hospital staff and EMTs. For optimal fit, identify which hooks work best with the specific mask being used and your head size. Next, use scissors or shears to trim off the outer clips. This design can be printed using a variety of filaments without any issues. I've successfully printed it on PETG, PLA, and ABS materials. I've included the .dwg file, allowing anyone to make modifications as needed.
