Human-designed face masks for use by individuals wearing over-the-ear face coverings are now available, offering significant improvements over traditional designs. These innovative creations can accommodate hundreds of units on a single plate and require substantially less material. The design variants all share the same base file, but subtle differences in gap spacing and contour offsets have been introduced to optimize printability. To ensure smooth printing, set your printer's wall bead thickness high enough to eliminate interior features. The 300um file is optimized for a 0.3mm layer height, while the 150um file is designed for a 0.15 mm layer height. If your layer height deviates from these values by a small margin, apply the corresponding Z-axis scale factor to achieve accurate results. These designs are suitable for slicing on most common printers, but please notify me if you encounter any issues during printing. I will update the files as needed to ensure seamless printability without additional support required. The masks should break apart easily, and it's recommended to test a single stack file before attempting a full plate.
