Mask Animegao Kigurumi

**UPDATE** Files now include a brand-new, improved version of mask_cut_eyes.stl. I've personally printed and painted this mask, and it's a significant upgrade over the solid eyes version, especially when it comes to wearer visibility. It's the mask with the blonde hair in the pictures. This is an original design Animego Kigurumi / Doller whole head mask for 3D printing, intended to resemble a generic anime character, not any specific one. It's a substantial print. I've included two versions of the full mask: mask_cut_eyes.stl and mask_solid_eyes.stl. With the open eyes version, you'll need to create and attach your eye pieces on the inside of the mask. This option allows for maximum customization with vision slits and holes. The solid eyes version enables you to print the eyes on paper and glue them onto the top of the mask. There are vision slits where the eyebrow and eye fold would be located. This version is simpler to assemble (and it's the one I printed), but be warned that your actual vision with the mask on will be extremely limited. The mask is scaled to fit a large adult head, measuring 61cm in circumference. If you're smaller than that, you may want to scale it down slightly. However, don't go too far, as you still need to get your head into it. You can print the entire mask on a CR-10 or similar-sized printer in one go, if you have several days to spare. Alternatively, I've provided cut-up front, top, bottom, and back pieces that can be printed on something smaller and take less time. What I would recommend is importing the mask (mask_cut_eyes or mask_solid_eyes, whichever you prefer) into Meshmixer (free from Autodesk) and cutting it up as you see fit. I actually cut mine into 11 pieces because I didn't want any part to take more than seven hours to print (I don't like leaving my printer on overnight or while I'm at work), but that was probably a mistake. More parts result in more seams to cover up when you've assembled it. Fewer parts will lead to less post-processing work. There's no registration between the parts, and the walls are quite thin (2.5mm on average) so assembling the parts is quite tricky. Another reason to use fewer of them.
