Mask

Mask

This is a remix of two DIY masks on Thingiverse, I am using 1/8 inch Bungie cords, tied knots at ends. adjust to fit the face. I used 2-3 coffee filters that are about a MERE 8-10 for home use, a MERV-13 or better filter media from Amazon would be closer to the NR95, Note the size STL file on here is scaled to fits most faces with no air leaks with the correct adjust off the filter before clamping together, Resize the lower or upper STL files before using hight MERV Rated filters. due to thickness Here is a filter rating chart to help understand filter ratings. http://www.mechreps.com/PDF/Merv_Rating_Chart.pdf Feeback on 3-30-2020 5 masks out in the field. the all fit fine with no sizing to fit the face, 1-Some sanding the nose area to fit filter better due to the seam was in the STL file to hide there. ugh 2- foam around the mask frame would be nice. 3- silicone on the nose piece.
