A threaded rod M8 of length X, three xM8 nuts and two x eight washers are needed. Insert a threaded rod M8 of length X into the required position. To install the nut, use a vice or a soft-face hammer to tap it firmly into place in the base of the rod. Next, thread the rod with length X onto the foot, screwing it snugly until flush. Then secure it further by tightening the second xM8 nut and washer in place. Finally, when screwing in the last piece, use the third M8 nut with its accompanying washer to provide a final lock.
