I'm working closely with my nurse friend in Madrid who's treating COVID-19 patients, but they're struggling to keep up with demand for face masks. To help fill the gap, I've developed a reusable mask that can be easily disinfected and has a removable filter that can be replaced when needed. Currently, I'm still figuring out what material would work best for the filter - ideally something that can be 3D printed using flexible materials to ensure a comfortable fit.
