This is NOT a real firearm The MAS Modele 1936 or simply the MAS 36 was a french bolt action rifle adopted by the french army in 1936 and produced by the Manufacture d`Armes de Saint Etienne, to replace the Lebel and Berthier series of rifles. This is a full scale replica of the MAS 36 rifle that includes the complete mechanism of an original one, but it was modificated to can’t shoot any type of projectile, making it completely safe. (It needs some metal springs to work) Update 15/12/2022: the assembly guide now includes the basic dimensions of the springs
