This bronze statue, approximately 5 meters tall including base, of Marshal Hubert Lyautey was created by François Cogné (1876-1952) and inaugurated on May 4th, 1985. It is situated in Paris on the Denis Cochin Square in the 7th district. It replaced the General Mangin monument installed in 1932 and created by sculptor Réal del Sartre, which was melted down in 1941 under Vichy regime at the request of the Germans. Photogrammetry performed on March 29th, 2019 using a portable Samsung Galaxy S8.
