Simple fork cap removal tool for Marzocchi 50mm forks. I used it on my 2008 Hypermotard 1100s. The factory ducati tool uses metal pins - I made oval slots in this as I don't think 3.5mm pins would survive in a plastic part. Some Marzocchi forks don't have the slots to fit this tool. For those, I have included the step file for you to modify to suit your needs. Another idea would be to model some 3mm holes in the tool and install M3 studs - this would probably work for almost any fork cap that needs pins. I printed this in PC with about 15% infill. Make the shell large enough that there is only infill in the cone. PLA or ABS might need the pin idea I mentioned above.
