Maryland Flag Dual Extrusion

Maryland Flag Dual Extrusion

thingiverse

I am proud to present this custom-designed Dual Extrusion Maryland flag, since the Maryland flag is so incredible (and my home). The design consists of four sections of two colors each- a vibrant yellow and sleek black, and a bold red and crisp white. Print two of each section and glue the edges together to complete! Note that the White/Red sections are identical in every way except for their orientation. For this reason, I have included both the yellow and black sections, but only provided the STL file for the white section. Simply duplicate the white section and flip it around in your slicer to fit perfectly into place. (The black and yellow sections are slightly different to prevent any issues with touching borders in the slicer.) Print Settings: Printer: PowerSpec Ultra 3D Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 15% Post-Printing You may want to gently sand the edges a little to ensure strong and flush bonding between parts. How I Designed This I designed this entire project using SketchUp and a picture of a Maryland flag.
