8/20/2020: Firmware v3.1.1 is finally ready for release. To gain access, join a group that will provide access to the repository until it's available on GitHub. A Thing FAQ, along with information about IDEX (utilizing Duet), can be found in the FB group MarX group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/237163797566846). 5/21/2020: Breakboard covers were added. Naming was removed to spare users trouble ;). This is a fixed and adjustable Hemera mount designed for Hictop Duale 3 (or Tenlog D3 pro). It works great, and I thought it should be shared. I use Duet+Duex5 control board and strongly recommend using this as well because the overhaul requires a lot of firmware modifications that I couldn't imagine doing with Marlin. The device now functions as expected, with dual material, duplicate or mirror "mode". I'll post Firmware on request. STEP and full Fusion360 file are available for those who want to modify it to fit any linear rail design... Or for other extruder/hotend configurations. Just be cool and remember to mark me as the original mount author that your derivative is based on. Thank you. You will have to take the carriages apart down to where the linear rail carriages are fully exposed. Use this opportunity to make proper servicing on the X axis movement mechanism. The metal brackets for fixing the belts are reused to preserve maximum rigidity. Details on assembly, universal print settings and parts needed coming soon because I decided to publish this ASAP and it will take a lot of time to prepare. Time is what I don't have right now. Life sucks, I know. Until the parts list is prepared, be careful with the screws as Hemera is known to get bruised or even broken easily... Washers are your friends and use them everywhere with a proper screw. ----- For an adjustable mount named Slider, you need a spring used for printer beds and at least a 35mm M3 screw. The spring is 25mm long, 8mm OD. You also need 7 brass inserts for a Right, fixed mount. I used standard cheap 5mm long, 5.3mm OD ones. And you need 4 brass inserts for a Height adjustable mount: 3 for the coupler, 1 for the adjustable nut in the slider mount and at least one for the side lock nut. The partcooling is a separate publication of my design as this is up to you more or less. I used MK3 Nozzle RHD Rev. C by RH_Dreambox (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3249344). I just mirrored the print and used 3 spacers for a left printhead, which will be published eventually. These are just 13mm long cylinders. I included my Simplify3d factory file that I used to print the mounts, but it's probably unusable for anyone except learning some Simplify3d tricks as you should use MarX printhead, Duet control board, centered buildplate etc. So currently unusable for almost everyone. You have to print this on your best-tuned device because it needs to be printed as smooth as possible. At least the slider mount/coupler part is the point of the whole thing...
