Part 5 of "Attack of the Remixes" Dr. Wubbles has not been commissioned by the President in a long time. Too long, in Dr. Wubbles's opinion. With so much time on his hands, he feels... neglected. A mad scientist has no loyalties. So he creates Marvin, the Heavy Artillery Tortoise. And gives it to none other than the enemy. This is going to complicate things...
