This organizer was designed to hold sleeved cards and sort the hero and villain miniatures in alphabetical order to make it easier to find a specific mini. I use Arcane Tinmen non-glare sleeves, other brands may or may not fit. I've also laminated the locations and villain dashboards in 5mil pouches, so there will be some extra space in those slots for the stock components. There is 3.5mm of lid lift on the base game box and 2.5mm lid lift on the Infinity Gauntlet box. I know this bothers some folks, so I'm just pointing it out up front. There's a picture attached that shows the lift clearly. The card dividers are a very nice design by Spiffworld and available for download at https://www.boardgamegeek.com/filepage/220250/horizontal-card-dividers. I did have to increase the print size a bit to accommodate the sleeved cards. This obviously takes quite a bit of filament, so there is one layer of 5mm foam core below the trays in the Kickstarter extras box and two layers of foam core below the hero mini trays in each of the expansion boxes. You could easily make up the space with printed spacers if desired. If I find a base game box for sale cheap at a big box store or pick one up in trade, I will consolidate the two hero mini trays into the extra base game box to save some shelf space. This will cause ~7mm of lid lift on the base box, but will save quite a bit of shelf space. Please don't ask me for file splits. I'm happy if others take the initiative and remix this, but my design time is limited and I prefer to spend it working on my own projects. You will get much more out of your printer if you learn to use the basic tools that are freely available.
