I'm thrilled to show you a coaster with a Marvel logo, carefully chosen because I thought it would stand out more when printed in one color. As a kid, I devoured comics from both Marvel and DC, and now I proudly display them as decorative pieces throughout my home. I've also caught several Marvel movies, and let me tell you, they're absolutely amazing! Use this coaster to place your favorite beverage or even stash the last 20 grams of filament on your spool. I plan to use it for my coffee cup or water bottle, since those are my go-to drinks. This coaster measures a standard 100 x 100 x 5 mm, making it a perfect fit for my coaster holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/th... Best regards, Raimon Elctrncs P.S. You can find more information on Marvel Comics at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvel_Comics Marvel Comics is the brand name and primary imprint of Marvel Worldwide Inc., formerly Marvel Publishing, Inc. and Marvel Comics Group, a renowned publisher of American comic books and related media. In 2009, The Walt Disney Company acquired Marvel Entertainment, Marvel Worldwide's parent company. Marvel began in 1939 as Timely Publications and by the early 1950s had generally become known as Atlas Comics. The Marvel branding started in 1961, when the company launched The Fantastic Four and other superhero titles created by Steve Ditko, Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and many others. Marvel boasts a diverse range of characters, including Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Deadpool, Doctor Strange, Wolverine, Daredevil, Ghost Rider, and the Punisher. The company also features teams like the Avengers, the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, the Inhumans, and the Guardians of the Galaxy, as well as antagonists such as Thanos, Doctor Doom, Magneto, Red Skull, Green Goblin, Ultron, Doctor Octopus, Loki, and Venom. Most Marvel characters operate within a single reality known as the Marvel Universe, with many locations mirroring real-life places; many major characters are based in New York City. I printed this object using Ultimaker white PLA at 0.15mm layer height and 10% infill (Gyroide pattern) with a 0.4mm nozzle and heated bed. Design process: I picked a logo from my browser, converted it to SVG format in Inkscape, and then imported it into Blender to create a 3D object. I repaired the file and removed unnecessary parts using Meshmixer. I also added a coaster to the design and merged it with the logo after scaling it up. Finally, I saved the model as an STL file and sliced it for printing. However, even after repairing the file in Meshmixer, the model still had some issues, so I decided to export it to Netfabb Online Service. This app offers unlimited STL fix procedures, which made my choice clear. It worked well for me, allowing me to slice the model without any problems.
