****Update**** Good news this fits the Galaxy's most wanted perfectly as well. Enjoy!!! ***************** This organizer is designed to print with a .8 nozzle .4 and .2 will work fine as well. The box is is not overly tight. I've allowed about .5 to 1.0mm play between all the boxes so make sure you have esteps and flow correct. Your printed walls should be 1.6mm thick. Warning - this box is designed to fit standard sleeves that fit the card well, i mention it in my video. If you are using sleeves that have a fair amount of run out at the top they will be to long.
