*Added XL Version please read.* Several requests came in to fit larger card sleeves. The XL version will fit sleeves up to 94mm in size. See the chart below for tray width. The XL and normal designs are not compatible you must print either all XL or all normal. No mix and match. The XL is not compatible with .8 nozzles. You will need to print it with either a .6 or a .4. XL will hold sleeves that are 94.4mm tall or less. Most premium sleeves are 94mm. Normal will hold sleeves that are 92.8mm tall or less. *End of Update* This organizer is designed to print with a .8 nozzle .4 and .2 will work fine as well. The box is is not overly tight. I've allowed about .5 to 1.0mm play between all the boxes so make sure you have esteps and flow correct. Your printed walls should be 1.6mm thick. Warning - this box is designed to fit standard sleeves that fit the card well, i mention it in my video. If you are using sleeves that have a fair amount of run out at the top they will be to long.
