There is no compatible (that I can find) adapters for the Maruzen Fixed Slide P99, so I modelled one. It is 14mm Negative (14mm / 1 pitch) on one end, a 3mm thick block in the middle and then 10mm Positive (10m/0.75 pitch) on the other. I added a little rubber o-ring to help keep it secure. The inner diameter is 7.5mm to allow plenty of room around the bb, seems to be secure.
