Marui Samurai Front Suspension Cups

During restoration of an old Marui Samurai RC car, I required new front suspension cups to replace the originals, which were excessively worn and could no longer hold the ball in place. To meet this need, I designed a direct replacement. The part was printed with PLA material, using a layer thickness of 0.15mm and 20% infill density. It is essential to print this part slowly and provide ample cooling time. A male and female version are included, each equipped with locating pins that fit snugly together; however, I found that a gentle squeeze with pliers was sufficient to secure them firmly in place. So far, these new cups have proven to be remarkably resilient under use.
