These tires are designed for the Marui Super Wheelie Jeep CJ-7, Toyota Land Cruiser, Hunter, and Galaxy buggies. They have been printed in TPU filament with impressive results. The printing settings used were 0.1mm layer thickness, a bead temperature of 60°C, an extruder temperature of 225°C, and a speed of 22mm/s. This combination resulted in a total print time of 28 hours for one rear tire. The TPU material used is remarkably flexible, matching the original rubber's flexibility in the same thickness. It also retains surprising strength. To facilitate installation, the inner sleeve should be made from flex material as well. Mixing these parts with original components allows users to avoid damaging their tires or mix original rims with tires. Original complete wheel weight: 89g Fully 3D printed wheel: 58g This results in a significant 60g weight saving on the rear rotating assembly. The "Sand Willy" rear paddle tire is also available, compatible with the Hunter, Galaxy, and Super Wheelies. Future updates will include new treads.
