Martian Tripod - War of the Worlds 2005

This is a model tripod from the 2005 movie War of the Worlds. I am not the original artist, and all credit goes to AORV on Sketchfab who graciously shared his model with the community. I converted the model to a printable one that you can install lights in. PRINT VERIFICATION IS HAPPENING, BUT IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 70+ HOURS TO PRINT. <b>Notes:</b> <ul> <li>The head has cutouts for LEDs. <li>I have not created the lens caps for the LEDs yet, so the model has no lens caps yet. <li>The legs are going to be a challenge to print. You will want to use a coat hanger and straighten it out. Use tape to build up the thickness because the real tripod has a thicker upper thigh. It is not a thin leg. <li>Feet still need holes for the coat hanger to go into <li>Tenticles need a mount created to attach to the body <li>Lobes are separated from the body so you can print them in glow-in-the-dark filament. I am also modifying the lobes to accept a UV LED to make them glow brightly. <li>Enjoy. This model is large and will take 70-90 hours of print time. <li><b>THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS AND THINGS WILL CHANGE</b></li> </ul>
