Three motors on the left side are connected in parallel to a single speed controller. The right side is also connected in parallel to a second speed control. Further speed controllers are connected to the receiver from the model aircraft equipment's first and second channels. I use this transmitter: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbies/ (but you can choose something less expensive, it doesn't matter). Configuring the console can be tricky - each country has its own forum for aircraft modeling. You can easily get help configuring the remote by posting a link to your video in that forum.
