Martian II Antenna Bracket
thingiverse
My inaugural flight ended abruptly when I had to fix my VTX antenna three times within minutes. Clearly, I'll get better with experience but for now, I'm eager to minimize the amount of soldering required in the field. To that end, I crafted a rear-mounted SMA pigtail design that elevates the antenna upward and away from the frame and props. When printed with Taulman SemiFlex, it possesses sufficient rigidity to maintain the antenna's position while also yielding enough flexibility to absorb significant impact forces during a crash. This is my first uploaded creation, and I'm hoping others will find it as useful as I have.
