Martian 2 - captive nut plate

I'm not relying on the standard PDB with the Martian 2 anymore and decided it was a great time to create a custom captive nut plate. The idea isn't necessarily something I'll ever need, but now I can easily swap out the arms without using any wrenches on the nuts. I've looked at other designs, but wanted to build one that my new PDB could sit snugly on as well.
