I'm inspired by several Wade's extruders, and this is the extruder I've developed for the Voxel OX 3D printer. Supports are necessary for this part. Print Settings: Printer: Voxel OX Resolution: .3mm layer height Infill: 60% Here's how I designed this extruder: First, I downloaded STEP files from the RepRap wiki on Wade's Geared Extruder: http://reprap.org/wiki/Wade's_Geared_Extruder. Then, using Autodesk Fusion 360, I edited these files to create my custom design.
