Based on NASA data from Valles Marineris on Mars, this is a unique original concept by 3Dmigos. Valles Marineris (Latin for "Mariner's Valley", named after the Mariner 9 Mars orbiter of 1971-72 which first discovered it) is an enormous canyon system stretching across the Martian surface to the east of the Tharsis region. Longer than 4,000 kilometers (2,500 miles), wider than 200 kilometers (120 miles) and as deep as 7 kilometers (23,000 feet), Valles Marineris is one of the most massive canyons in the entire Solar System - bigger than all Earth's canyon systems except those of rift valleys and just slightly surpassed by Baltis Vallis on Venus. To print a successful 3D model: Print along the long axis with supports, using a thickness of 0.2 millimeters. Minor geographical details can be left unsupported
