This is a detailed replica of the Mars Pathfinder and Sojourner lander and rover, which successfully touched down on Mars in 1997. The model prints as a single piece in its folded configuration, allowing for easy transportation. Once the support material is carefully removed, the side panels can be easily opened and closed with precision. The compact Sojourner rover can be stored safely inside the model while it's still folded. When first unfolding the model, exercise caution as support material may be embedded within the hinges. Avoid forcing a panel open at any cost. If one gets stuck, utilize pliers to gently rotate the axle itself and it should come loose with ease. Once opened for the very first time, the panels should be able to move freely without any hindrance.
