This is Planet Mars generated using a slightly remixed script provided by Uwezi. The modification adds a wall width as a float number and an extra rule limiting shell thickness to max 2 times wall, for relief. This change saves filament, speeds up printing, and provides better illumination when inserting a lamp. A modified script is also available. A 150mm rendering is included, generated with the command "python gen-relief.py -s Mars2 -d 150 -w 1.2 -f 200," based on the attached bumpmap provided in the original object. It's recommended to split the model into two parts for easier printing, preferably in a bottom part to minimize visual impact from gluing the parts.
