Mars globe from MOLA data-set
thingiverse
The MOLA data-set is successfully re-projected onto a precision-cut icosahedron. The initial value represents the level of segmentation (higher numbers yield higher resolution) and the second number denotes the exaggeration factor. Unfortunately, Thingiverse has a file size limit of 200MB for uploads, so the nine iterations are uploaded as OBJ files instead of STL files, which are slightly more compact... I do have iterations ten and eleven available as well. If you're interested in obtaining them, please don't hesitate to reach out.
