Marquee for Pimoroni Picade

Having built the Pimoroni Picade arcade machine and having a blast with it, I thought it needed a marquee with lights to take it to the next level. After searching high and low, I couldn't find one that fit my needs, so I decided to design one myself. Check out the bonus picture - there's an extra one for you! If you want to create your own custom backplate for a "real" arcade marquee light, I've included a file in the download. You can even use a DXF file to cut one yourself from acrylic and add some artwork behind it. I recommend using 2mm acrylic so there's enough room for your printed design. For the lights themselves, I'm using an Arduino Nano with Neopixels - it's been a game-changer! And to top it off, I added a button on top of the arcade machine that lets you switch between animations and static light effects.
