I created a small page with dimensions of 40mmx96mmx2mm. It can be customized with an inscription and also have a lithophane embedded inside. I designed the STL file using a small OpenSCAD program. It was my first program, so thank you for being understanding... To embed the lithophane, it needs to have maximum dimensions of x = 39mm, y=25mm and z=2mm.
