Marlin 2.0 for Tronxy X5S

Remix of X5S Tronxy Marlin 2.0 by SLKittie for use with a standard printer without BLTouch. The original config file was created by SLKittie and ej0rge, intended for an optimized printer, featuring non-inverted X/Y axis (invert this setting in the stock configuration), higher steps/mm for the extruder (likely designed for a geared one), smaller build plate dimensions, and other modifications that would not function properly on my stock X5S Marlin 1.1.8 firmware or with my pending 3D Touch delivery. I modified the axis inversion, extruder steps/mm, and removed BLTouch from the config to match values found in my old firmware from customize3d at http://www.customize-3d.com/flashing-tronxy-x5s-factory-control-board-usb-cable-only.html. You can still use this guide for flashing and Arduino IDE configuration, but you'll need Arduino 1.9.0 (available as Beta) to flash it with Sanguino hardware information extracted from Lauszus-Sanguino-360282f.zip in your fresh Arduino installation. The configuration.h file includes fixes for a standard printer while retaining BLTouch Support.
