Markqv Collapsible Bungee Tow Hook for 10mm Tube
thingiverse
Well this is a straightforward reproduction of Markqv's original design, scaled up to accommodate 10mm aluminum tubes which are more readily available in my area. Given that I'll be mounting this on my big XUAV Clouds, it makes sense to opt for a larger version. To get started, prepare a 37mm long 10mm outer diameter aluminum tube and insert it into the mount. Ensure proper alignment before drilling a 3mm hole. Next, pass an M3 screw through the hole and begin trimming the excess material with a saw or Dremel. Please refer to the attached picture for a better understanding. The M3 screw should fit perfectly within your nut when applied with loctite. I used the DIY Creality CR-10 3D printer to print this design, which can be purchased from Banggood at https://www.banggood.com/DIY-Creality-CR-10-3D-Printer-300300400mm-Printing-Size-1_75mm-0_4mm-Nozzle-p-1085645.html?p=DG23031123036201501P.
