Marklin H0 Hobby Car Lego Conversion Project. Part one of this project involves creating a top section that features Lego-compatible studs, designed to fit snugly onto a standard Marklin Hobby range chassis at the bottom. This innovative design cleverly reuses the original locking system, eliminating the need for glue and ensuring a seamless assembly process. Crucially, it's essential to retain the original metal plate for added weight. Personally, I've utilized this conversion method to breathe new life into a chassis whose upper half had unfortunately become detached. The result is a beautifully crafted 2-axle car that complements its counterpart – Marklin's own 4-axle offering – perfectly in terms of design and functionality.
