Marking Gauge with Folding Ruler (Customizable)

Turn a carpenter's folding rule or metal ruler into a marking gauge/depth stop. By tightening the lever, you can secure its position. Best printed flat, as designed. Supports are only required for the printing bed, but no internal supports are needed. After printing, the lever might be sticky. Loosen it gently by sliding a flat knife along its length. The design has been updated to support thin metal rulers. Be careful not to tighten the lever too much, or it may damage the ruler by cutting into the clamp. This project is customizable. To use custom ruler dimensions, unpack RulerMarkingGauge.scad.zip and open the SCAD file in OpenSCAD. Adjust the parameters and export an STL file.
