Turn a carpenter's folding rule or metal ruler into a marking gauge/depth stop by converting it. Simply tighten the lever to lock the ruler in place. Best printed flat, as designed, with supports only necessary for printing bed attachment. No inner support required. After printing, the lever may be stuck; to loosen it, gently slide a flat knife between the lever and housing. Design updated to accommodate thin metal rulers. Be cautious not to over-tighten the lever, as this can cause the ruler to cut into the clamp.
