I created this versatile marking gauge, and I designed an additional imperial version because I believe many individuals are more accustomed to inches. It fits perfectly onto a mechanical pencil with all diameters of pencil leads (they center automatically). Because of its flexibility, complicated measuring tasks should be no problem. The step is 1/16 inch, making precise markings possible. The maximum measurement length is 5.5 inches. The center line is solely for quicker reading off. I printed it with 0.1mm to achieve high-quality numbers. I didn't print the imperial version because I don't use imperial units; my metric one turned out fine, so there should be no issues.
