Update 9/2/2022 Added a "Simple" 1:72 version with fewer parts The British Mark V tank was an upgraded version of the Mark IV tank. The tank was improved in several aspects over the Mark IV, chiefly the new steering system, transmission and 150 bhp engine. Various versions were fitted with a variety of armament including 6-pounder guns and machine guns. This model was created from scratch using Blender3d. I decided to model this new version based on several request There are two main versions to print, a "RESIN" version, with less parts since it doesnt doesnt require flat spots to be printed, the resin version is also scaled for 1/72 scale, but it can easily be scaled up or down, based on your needs. And the "FDM" version, that splits the tracks in 4 parts per side: tracks Rear, Front, Inside and outside, the fdm version is also scaled to be printed in 1/35 version, but also includes the smaller pieces that are recommended to be resin printed, for example, the exhaust pipe, the top hull and some others. The model measurements after printing are: 1:35 or 100% scale: 230 mm x 136 mm x 78 mm 1:48 or 73% scale: 168 mm x 99 mm x 57 mm 1:72 or 48.6% scale: 112mm x 66 mm x 38 mm 1:100 or 1:35% scale: 81mm x 47 mm x 27 mm The model is divided into 27 pieces for the fdm version and 19 for the resin version. I will be uploading pictures of the printed model once i have it all done, but you can check my mark IV for reference, since this is simply a modified version with a couple diferences, but the main hull is very similar and does not face any new challenges when printing.** Update: Added some after print pictures, you can see the detailed parts printed in resin.
