Mark stopped by and got a 3D scan using our rig that's made up of 96 DSLR cameras. Each camera captures an enormous amount of data - 1.8 Giga pixels worth for every single scan. We teamed up with CapturingReality.com to help us process the data. Their software is super powerful, able to analyze each image and find unique points on them. It then plots these points in 3D space if they appear on more than one photo.
