Make a Mario Star by Hot Glue Injection! * Necessary Things: - A glue gun with a temperature under 160 degrees - A glue stick made of EVA - PLA filament with a heat deflection temperature over 140 degrees, such as the Lfy3m from Nature3d.net (http://nature3d.net/filament/lfy3m.html) - An M3 x 15 screw and nut - Paint, specifically an aqueous varnish for a smooth finish - A release agent, like silicon oil Print two molds using a 3D printer with infill set to 100%. After sanding, apply the paint to give it a smooth surface. Coat the top with release agent. Insert the glue stick into the mold and inject hot glue quickly. Let it cool at room temperature before removing the Mario Star from the mold.
