hello, a card holder for the game cards of the switch. it fits 8 cards. the different colored star is simply stuck on the front. there are 2 front stars to choose from. one of them has slightly different eyes. there is only one side for a star, which should not prevent you from sticking one on the back. just make it 1mm lower and position it well. :) the card holder has the dimensions 63mm as a cube.
