Mario Question Block

This is a ? block from the Mario universe! Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Infill: 10 - 15% Notes: I printed mine with a raft, no supports, .2mm layer height, 215C PLA, and 15% infill. Using a 15% infill made little difference in plastic used or print time, but a 10% infill would likely be sufficient. Without supports, the undersides of the question marks drooped slightly, but not noticeably. Printing with a raft also didn't make a significant difference. How I Designed This I carefully matched the original Mario question block design as closely as possible when designing this block in Solidworks. Starting with a perfect cube, I created one side with a protruding question mark and four circles, beveled all edges, then copied it to the remaining three sides. The print may appear uneven due to equal x and y measurements, while the z measurement is shorter, but this is simply because the top and bottom are flat, unlike the other four sides.
