Mario Piranha Plant - Arduino Controlled

Mario Piranha Plant - Arduino Controlled

myminifactory

I wanted to create something enjoyable using an Arduino & the 3D Printer, so I thought making a motion detection Piranha Plant from Super Mario Brothers would be fun! I designed the parts relatively simple, making it easy for anyone who wants to adjust them. This is my first "mechanical design" and I hope you'll enjoy it! Almost everything can be 3D printed, but you will need the following components:\r\nAn adhesive (I used a hot glue gun)HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sonar Distance SensorMG995 ServoSG90 Micro Servo (2)Arduino Pro MiniA soldering ironJumper cables for connectionsUSB cable Wire strippers\r\nNOTE: I specified these parts because the plant was designed to fit them snugly. Also, due to the imperfections of 3D printing, you will need to sand the edges of the parts to make them smooth.\r\n \r\nNOTE: For the code I used, please feel free to message me and I'll send it over. It's just a simple file that I created for people to easily modify as needed.
