Mario Kart Standard - Plush Doll Sized

My son is super into Mario, and has about 30 of these 10" Plush stuffed characters. He also loves Mario Kart. So I decided to try to scale up a model that would fit his "guys". This design is loosely based on this design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4866519 I made significant modifications and changes in order to make it work. Some of the modifications were done simply to be able to fit within the build volume of the Ender 3. The files names are formatted as PartName_Color_numbertoprint(where multiple) I mainly used PETG for all parts TPU was used for the tires hardware - 5x M3x25mm screws. 4 screws in the seat. Glue the front clip and the frame together. I needed to drill an additional hole down the steering column hole for a last M3 screw for stability. I used 2 velcro cable ties as a seat belt. Issues: Wheels: I glued the wheel hubcap to the end of the axles and the fit is such that the wheels don't really turn. I'm planning on redesigning the wheels & axles to use bearings and move freely. Fitment: Some of the prints (while tolerances were included during design) didn't fit very well and required sanding/grinding for the pieces to fit together.
