Mario Azul Penalty & Bonus Board

This is a redesign on the penalty score board and the bonus board created by Matt8987. I edited all three penalty boards so they are the same size. In one, I connected all three penalty boards into one piece. In another, I connected three penalty boards and the end of game bonus board as one piece.
