Battery post caps are designed to protect unused battery posts on boats, cars, or any other vehicle. The larger cap is meant for the positive post, while the smaller one fits snugly onto the negative post. These custom parts are printed in CHEETA, a high-quality material that ensures a precise fit. Print Settings: Original Prusa i3 Mk 2 printer settings include no rafts and no supports, with a resolution of 0.2mm and 100% infill. Notes for printing: Position the top surfaces (solids) on the bottom of the print bed for optimal results. To add some visual flair, try printing the positive cap in red and the negative one in black. This design is optimized for 0.45mm perimeters with a wall thickness of 0.9mm. Post-printing: No additional processing is required. The model was created using Fusion360 software.
