Marine Boat Inspection Hatch 220mm UNTESTED If you print this project and are happy with the final part, don't forget to buy a roll of filament or at least a few meters so I can continue testing and improving these projects or designing new ones! If you're not happy with this design or have problems with your printed parts, send me a message and we'll try to fix it together! If you don't want or can't afford to buy a roll of filament, it's okay - I still hope you enjoy printing my designs! Pace! Update: New Grill Cover Set Two versions of covers, for deck (with anti-slip grid) and wall (flat surface); each one with three strength types. It comes with three gasket versions, with compression of 2, 1.5, and 1.0mm. Print the gaskets using TPU filament. Keep in mind that the gasket has a trapezoidal section, and it will require pressing to position! If you have problems printing TPU, see my Cura settings for some TPU printed parts: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3812899 However, in the sample mentioned above, I use a FLOW of 130%. Those gaskets need to be somehow elastic and not so stiff! I recommend using a flexible filament... and a flow of 100%! If anyone knows better settings for our situation here, welcome to share the info! It uses M6 countersunk bolts - 8 units. All parts are checked for naked edges or errors, therefore... all will be printable! If the design is good or if the parts fit... that's another story! Design to print with support... By Costa
