Model updated on 7/1/20. The previous model had a seam on the bottom tentacles that were difficult to print. Those have been removed now. Her mouth hole is also recessed, making it easier to assemble. This model comes from Pocket Camp and was ripped by Centrixe - thanks! I posed them, added a base, and optimized it for printing in two pieces that you glue together at the end. Printing settings: Recommend both a brim and supports. I print at 0.12 mm resolution, which gives great results. For gluing, use Locite super glue. Line up and glue the base first, then the head once that's dry. This allows you to correct for any warping that may occur. Depending on how it's painted, this model could be Octavian or Zucker or any of the octopuses. If you want to paint, spray with a primer first, then paint with acrylic craft paint. I use the cheap kind from Walmart and it works fine, just make sure to thin it with water first. After painting, I spray mine with Krylon Colormaxx Clear - Flat to protect the paint.
