This set comes with replacement shoulders (with a sliding gimmick to reveal the shoulder missiles), a replacement head, and a twin chaingun. All of these bits fit traditional and newer, bigger powered armored infantry (like Heavy Prime Bros or Battle Bro Destroyers). All parts come pre-supported, and the shoulders are symmetrical so no need to mirror.
